We often get questions about our cleaning services—here are some of the most common ones

-Vacuum and mop all floors

-Dust ceiling corners, crown molding, baseboards, window/door frames, window sills, light fixtures

-Scrub, clean, and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops

-Dust fronts of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms

-Clean exterior of oven, refrigerator, dishwasher; clean interior and exterior of microwave

-Clean and degrease range hood and stove top

-Wash and sanitize kitchen sink, faucet, backsplash, and countertops

-Empty and line waste baskets; take trash out.

We supply all cleaning supplies as a practice. If there are specific products that you want us to use, you supply them and we will use them. We use mostly green products to protect you, your family and your pets..

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services”. 

Only two cleaners are sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

We welcome your furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We ask that you have them in a kennel or confined in a specific area while we clean, if at all possible. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed by email or on the phone once you’ve received the quote.

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

You can pay with cash, check, e transfers.

Scheduling Question

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you.

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a half-Hour window due to weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability
